This is the snack that most assumed would steamroll through the Munch Madness bracket because jerky really is the ultimate disc golf snack. It’s convenient and easy to stick a bag of jerky in your disc golf bag. You can pull out a small piece to nibble on or take a big chunk when you feel hungry. It provides a little boost of protein and energy. It satisfies your hunger without bogging you down. Beef jerky, turkey jerky and now even vegan jerky options are fantastic disc golf snacks. Fruits or Veggies
For the more health-conscious disc golfers, various fruits and vegetables are excellent disc golf snacks. Or, enjoy sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds. Nuts and seeds are packed with protein and are a simple, yet effective disc golf snack.
Lastly, we can’t forget our other favorite salty snacks. Again, maybe not the healthiest option, but that’s okay sometimes. Bring a bag of chips or crackers if that’s what you are into. Just try not to crunch too loud when other players are teeing off!
