Innova Gopher
Nearly a Super Class disc (23.7 cm diameter or larger), the Gopher was likely the biggest approach disc of its day. Call it a Birdie on roids. If you’re lucky enough to find one, you’ll find it’s floaty and deceptively stable. Complete with “Go For It” mantra and disc holding gopher (with shoes on, of course) on the stamp, this is a rare disc that has a sense of humor too.
Fun Fact: 1990’s Innova says, “Deep rim added control. Reduces fly by.”

Innova Birdie
Looking for something that compares to the Gopher? Consider the Innova Birdie, which is still in production. The Birdie is an easy going, slow flying putt and approach disc that makes reaching the green a piece of cake.
Innova Polecat
Or, try the Polecat. It is a very straight, very neutral flyer. However, it still has enough fade to keep it from being a total push over. Great for short to medium tight, tunnel approaches.
