The great thing about handling Innova’s Piranha was that there was no real threat of losing a finger (unless of course you already had a finger hanging on by a thread. In that case you probably shouldn’t have been playing disc golf.) Back to the disc: The Piranha was Innova’s first disc with a Thumtrac® (More on the Thumtrac below). The overstable putter was later retooled for a wider Thumtrac and it eventually became the neutral flying Birdie.
